Chef Be*Live is one of the pioneers of the 90's gourmet raw food movement. From 1998 to 1999 he was Executive Chef and co-owner of Organica: the Living Cuisine, in San Francisco, CA., one of the first gourmet raw living restaurants in the world.


Chef Be*Live placed #1 as Favorite Gourmet Raw Chef in the only international raw food contest the Best of Raw 2010 and also placed high in 2008 and 2009. He considers himself a "transitional" gourmet raw chef, specializing in creating raw living cuisine that tastes superb thereby helping make people's first experience with raw living foods equal to many of their cooked favorites.


A number of influential individuals have enjoyed Chef Be*Live’s culinary artistry including Jake Gyllenhaal, Keenan Ivory Wayans, Woody Harrelson, Nick Nolte, Jeremy Piven, Andy Dick, Mike D, Anna Getty, Aileen Getty, Angela Bassett, John Salley, Rohan Marley, Brett Dennon, AC Green, Bleona Qereti, Michael Beckwith, Ammachi, Brittany Daniel, Barry Zito, Greg Cipes, Ed Begley Jr., Cathlene Silvers, Anthony Borden Ward and others.


Chef Be*Live was featured in the supermodel Carol Alt's raw food book The Raw 50, where you can find the recipe for his "Mom's Stuffed Bells". The recipe is also available on this website under the recipe section.
